We are a small company with big ideas. We believe that change happens in organisations when people change. Both generally need help.

Our work since we were founded in 1991 has consisted of interventions with individuals, groups, and boards of directors.

We undertake our work through coaching, mentoring, training, consultancy and interim management.

In the corporate world this means leadership, performance measurement and reporting.

In the community world this means relationships in family life such as parenting, assertiveness, and communication. We do this in collaboration with our sister company Growth in Community
